Full Home Renovation

Taking a house down to studs and bringing it back is a sequencing problem before it is a finishing problem. We hold the schedule, the trades, and the details in one place so the herringbone that starts in the entry runs true through to the kitchen, and the stair opening is framed to the millwork drawing rather than the other way round.

What it covers

  • Demolition, framing, and structural openings
  • Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC coordination
  • Drywall, trim, wainscot, and coffered ceilings
  • Kitchen and bath build-out
  • Floors, stairs, and railings
  • Paint, plaster, and final finish

How we run it

01

Walkthrough

We come to the site, measure, and talk through what you want the finished room to do. You get a scope written in plain terms and a price against it, not a range.

02

Drawings & selections

Millwork gets shop drawings. Slab gets selected at the yard, with the vein laid out against the cuts. Tile, metal, and finishes are agreed before anything is ordered.

03

Build

One crew, one schedule, one person you call. Rough-in is set out to the finished dimensions so the details we drew are still possible at the end.

04

Finish & handover

Plaster, paint, and hardware go on last. We walk the job with you, list what is left, and close the list before we leave.
