About

20 years · Toronto and the GTA

Twenty years of trade. A new name over the door.

We spent two decades finishing high-end rooms across the Greater Toronto Area. Velora is where that work carries our own name.

A barrel-vaulted room with arched niches and a cove-lit reeded oak wainscot

A renovation is a hundred small decisions, and most of them are made long before anyone sees a finish.

Whether a cove light reads as built-in or bolted on is decided at framing. Whether a book-matched slab lands is decided at the yard, laying the cuts against the vein. Whether a herringbone floor runs straight through a doorway is decided by which line you snap first. None of that is visible in the finished photograph, which is exactly why it separates one job from the next.

We work the way we do because we have made those decisions on hundreds of rooms: principal baths, whole-home renovations, staircases cut into finished floors, and storefronts handed over against a lease date. Twenty years of it.

Velora is new. The crew, the drawings, the suppliers, and the standard are not. We kept millwork, stone, tile, and flooring in house rather than farming them out, because the details we draw only survive if the same people build them.

Every finished room on this website is our own work, photographed as it was handed over. There are no renders here and no stock rooms.

What you can hold us to.

Twenty years, same hands

Velora is a new name over a crew that has been finishing high-end work across the GTA for two decades. The name is new. The trade behind it is not.

We build what we draw

Millwork, stone, tile, and floors are ours, not subbed out to whoever is available that week. That is why a reveal holds and a vein carries.

Detail decided early

Cove lights, floor outlets, and slab layouts are set out at framing. Details added at the end always look added at the end.

Houses and storefronts

Principal baths and whole-home renovations, plus commercial fit-outs run against a lease date. The standard does not change between them.
