The questions everybody asks.

What people want to know before they let a crew into the house. If yours is not here, call and ask.

How long does an interior renovation take?
It depends on scope far more than on square footage. A single principal bath is usually measured in weeks; a whole-home interior in months. What we can promise is that you get a written programme before we start, and that we tell you the moment something moves rather than at the end.
Do you handle permits and drawings?
Yes. Structural openings, plumbing relocations and anything touching the envelope go through permit, and we coordinate the drawings, the trades and the inspections. Millwork gets its own shop drawings that you sign off before anything is cut.

Mid-build. Timelines are set by scope, not square footage.
What does a quote actually cover?
A written scope, line by line, against a fixed number. Where something genuinely cannot be priced until a wall is open, we name it as an allowance up front rather than burying it and coming back later.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Often, for a single room. For a whole-home interior it is usually easier not to. We dust-wall the work area, run air scrubbers where the job warrants it, and keep the route in and out of the house clean either way.
Who is actually on site?
Our own crew for millwork, stone, tile and floors. Licensed trades for electrical, plumbing and HVAC, on our schedule. One person is your contact from the first walkthrough to the handover.

Millwork is ours, which is why a reveal holds the length of a run.
Do you only do high-end work?
We do work that is built properly, which is not the same as work that is expensive. The detailing on this site is what happens when a budget allows for it. Tell us the number you have in mind and we will tell you honestly what it buys.
What happens at the end of the job?
We walk it with you and write the deficiency list together. The list gets closed before we leave, not after. You get the finish schedule and hardware details for whoever maintains the place next.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we carry WSIB coverage. We will send the certificates with the quote without being asked.

Still deciding

Ask us before you commit to anything. The walkthrough costs nothing and you get a written scope out of it.
